背景 BACKGROUND
上世紀四十年代的中國，處於內戰時期，北方大量古董收藏隨著中共建政而跟著南逃的文人墨客、富商巨賈一起流入香港。
黃氏家族經營在港經營出入口貿易，醉心研究中國古董瓷器，將古董瓷器送給生意埸上交往的外國人，往往事半功倍，當時由於戰亂，古董價格很便宜，用來送禮本小利大，外國人亦十分受落，黃氏的生意越做越大，對中國瓷器的收藏更為專業，經過幾十年的累積，黃氏收藏了宋元明清頂級官窯一百餘件，每一件都價值連城！
2019年香港反送中爆發，大量港人流亡海外，對於身處海外的黃氏後人，對香港人十分同情，遂決定將百餘件頂級收藏成立一個基金，將來開設香港博物館，將這批珍寶留給信託人及香港。
國泰藝術品基金作為守護這批珍寶的擁有人及信託人，可決定賣出部份藏品幫助香港人事務發展。

The Wong’s family operates import and export trade in Hong Kong, and is fascinated by the study of Chinese antique porcelain.
Due to the war, the price of antiques has dropped drastically. People are also very frustrated. Wong family’s business is getting bigger and bigger, and his collection of Chinese porcelain is more professional. After decades of accumulation, Wong family’s collection of top official Guan ware/Kuan ware in Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties has more than 100 pieces, each of which is valuable.
In 2019, the anti-extradition protests broke out in Hong Kong, and a large number of Hong Kong people went into exile overseas. The descendants of the Wong’s family who lived overseas were very sympathetic to Hong Kong people. They decided to set up a fund and NGO and to appointed authorized person for those top-level collections for preservation and for Hong Kong.
As the title owner and trustee to protect and own these treasures, the Emperor Capital China Art Association (NGO) can decide to dispose of some of the collections to help the development of Hong Kong people’s affairs in future.
